START (Specialized Trauma and Rescue Tactics) program was created long before Stop the Bleed, Rescue Task Force, ASHER, and many other programs you see today. 

START provides lessons learned from combat, both here and abroad, using a combat mindset-based approach to treating traumatic injuries in the same successful way it is done on the battlefield to mitigate blood loss and prioritize transportation to a higher level of care. Our classes are much more than a traditional "canned class." What sets us apart from the rest is our real-world experience.
